TARB hearings are tentatively scheduled for May thru October. A full-time commitment is required, Monday thru Saturday, during this time period. This does not mean that you will be scheduled to work full-time during this period. Regular meetings may be held throughout the remainder of the year.
In order to ensure that TARB members are impartial, the law puts a number of limits on who can serve as TARB members. Your answers to these questions will determine whether you are legally eligible to serve on the TARB.
