Informal Meetings Now Available

As part of the informal process, property owners who file a protest have the opportunity to discuss their evidence with a TCAD appraiser. Informal meetings will be offered on a first come, first served basis from April 19, 2021 to June 18, 2021. There will only be one informal meeting with a TCAD appraiser per property.

In order to be eligible for an informal meeting, property owners should have filed their protest and submitted their evidence. Property owners can choose from scheduling an appointment or getting in line for the day’s queue. For more information, check out our Get in Line Online page.
